The list gives an overview of all the GX440 Verizon Gateways already registered in your company along with their current firmware version. The link showing the number of systems in each ALEOS version can be used to see more details in AirVantage.
You have the possibility to upgrade the whole fleet in a single click on the button: Upgrade all systems to 4.3.6 or to upgrade only a subset of your fleet. To do this, you can select a label that has been previously applied to some of your systems in AirVantage. If you enter a label, the list of systems is updated, and then you can upgrade this subset of systems clicking on the button Upgrade as shown below.
Once you have clicked on the ‘Upgrade’ button, the tool shows the progress of the different upgrades. In the right column you can check the upgrade status: one line per initial firmware version. The bottom of the page provides some details for each upgrade including all hops necessary to reach the 4.3.6 version. All those upgrade operations are also visible in AirVantage in your company account by simply clicking on the operation link in the Upgrade details pane.
The upgrade is complete when all the operations are Finished. The page is updated based on the upgrade campaign results.
It may happen that some of the gateways fail to upgrade (not connected to the network, poor cellular coverage, upgrade failure, etc…). In that case, you can trigger the one-click upgrade once more. Only systems that still need to be upgraded will be included for the new campaign.
