Troubleshooting Logs

The Troubleshooting logs panel is designed for the administrator to access and download logs used in system diagnostics.

• encryption password.
• option to download the complete log files, or limit the download to the last n lines.
• number of lines from the end of the log files that will be used.
• initates the downloading of logs.

Once the download is started, the following will display.

An encrypted package is generated and will download to your local device.

Note:

• This panel is only available to the administrator.
