This page is about setting up everything to be able to test Site Survey mobile application
Requirements
- An ES440, GX4xx or LS300 registered or to register on AirVantage
- Firmware version must be >= 4.3.6
- AAF enabled
Set the M3DA communication password
If you had to upgrade to 4.3.6 and your gateway was already configured with AAF skip this step
- Go to the details page of your system in Monitor
- Click on the “more” button, then “Edit”
- You should see the ALEOS firmware
- Click on the “lock” icon on the right
- And set the following password in the M3DA password field: 12345
- Save
Install the “Site Survey” AAF application on your ES440
- You should still be in the details page of your system in Monitor
- Click on the “more” menu
- Click “Install application” and search for “site survey”
- And validate clicking on the “Install application” button
- You now should see an “Install application” operation
Set the MQTT communication password
- Wait for the “Install application” to finish
- Then, click on the “more” button, then “Edit”
- You should see 2 applications (ALEOS firmware and Site Survey app)
- Click on the “lock” icon on the right
- And set the following password in the MQTT password field: kae7fooz
- Save
Mobile webapp
By default the mobile application is set up to communicate with AirVantage on EU Datacenter. Please refer to the “Switch to NA cloud platform” section to use the NA Datacenter.
Android
An Android version is available on Google Play.
Browse Google Play from your Android phone or install it OTA from Google Play
web site.
From the application settings you can select which platform to use.

Mobile Web application
The mobile web version is available as a failover for every platforms: Desktop, Windows Phone.
Go to the following URL with your browser survey-eu.airvantage.net
or survey-na.airvantage.net
depending on the datacenter you’re targeting.
