Determining the Version Number

The version number is displayed on the login page, under the user name and password fields. The version number can also be obtained when logged in by selecting the Help->About menu.

The AMM enforces security by requiring each user to log in with a name and password. When purchased as a standalone appliance, an administrator user account is provided which can be used to grant permissions to other users. Once logged in, users are presented with a sophisticated web user interface consisting of a hierarchy of gateways, graphical icons and links. The following sub-sections describe these features in more detail.
